Unfortunately this board gets spammed daily. I'm aware that a few of you are getting caught up in that spam filter.

As this is a free site I don't have a development budget to pay someone to assist me with this. If I disable the plugin I spend hours deleting spam posts every day. It's upsetting to me because I want people to be able to post and get the help they need. But I don't have a solution at present.

I can offer tips, however, for those getting caught up in it. I can see from the backend that those getting blocked are in a "Stop Forum Spam" database, which means that either your email address, IP address or username has been flagged in that database.

It may be possible to post with a different email address.
