Rice question
I've always had reactions to medications and some foods but after 6 months of one serious reaction after another I was left unable to eat anything but organic beef and chicken. It's been just over 3 weeks and finally have the symptoms lowered to a tolerable level but when trying to introduce anything new I've gotten roughly 12 hours of choking/coughing, itching etc.
Was just told this week that I have 677 TT mutation, saw a specialist on Wed and am beginning B12 regimen (to be followed with other supplements as tolerated over the next several weeks)
I also have a CYP 450 metabolic disorder, hypothyroid (untreated now since I had severe reactions to the meds this fall and had to go off them) and fibromyalgia.

I have been trying to reintroduce more foods into my diet, so far I have had a couple of days with small amts of sweet potatoes but still have some reactions. Was going to try rice again but each time I have had reactions... realized it may be because it is processed with additives or contain folic acid. Does anyone know what kind/type of rice I could get that would not contain those things?
